Lake Mburo National Park, an extension of the Tanzanian plains with big herds of zebra, impala, eland and other ungulate. The park offers amazing game viewing opportunities and it is the best place to see Zebras and elands. Enroutes to Lake Mburo National Park, enjoy photography at the Equator.

Day 1: Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park

Meet at your hotel and go to Lake Mburo National Park from Kampala. We will have a stop at the Equator where you will conduct a straightforward experiment to experience a tropical equilibrium, look at the traditional drums and crafts being created.

Continue to the National Park, an extension of the Tanzanian plains with large herds of zebra, impala, eland and other ungulates. Opportunities for bird viewing are great–this is one of the best locations for birders to discover African finfoot, papyrus bush shrike.

After exploring the park in a vehicle, drive to the lodge for check-in and dinner. After dinner, head out for a boat ride that provides you the opportunity to see water creatures like; crocodiles, hippopotamus and water birds including; Fish Eagles, Pelicans, Black Crake, HeroReturn to your lodge for a relaxed evening, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Game drive at Lake Mburo National Park and Return to Kampala

Explore the park with a game drive in search of wild animals such as zebras, impalas, topis, buffalos, and elands after early morning breakfast. There are great possibilities for bird watching, with around 313 species of birds. After we shall head back to the lunch for an early lunch and drive back to Kampala.
