$12m INVESTMENTS REALIZED BY SN BRUSSELS

SN Brussels Airlines has set up refurbished facilities worth $12m (sh22.2b) for long-haul flights. The new amenities are on its three Airbus A330-300 and aircraft that link Africa to Europe.

Whilst at this launch at Serena Kampala Hotel, SN Brussels’ country director C. Pierre said that the greatest augmentation is the new seat in the business class which can be transformed into a 1800 bed.

Pierre added that the investments exemplify that SN Brussels has a lot of aspirations for Africa.

SN Brussels has just been voted best airline by the biggest French consumer organisation and is one of the biggest air transport company to Africa. Air transport is the quickest and fastest way through which travelers and tourists enter Uganda. So once it is improved, it increases on motivation of Uganda aspirant travelers and hence improving on the Uganda Travel Industry and Africa at Large.

SWAHILI COUNCIL INITIATED

Kiswahili language has been documented for its critical role in communication and technological development as a lingua franca for the East African Community.

EAC members later decided to set up the East Africa Kiswahili Council which they named ‘Baraza La Kiswahili la Afrika Mashariki’

This body will deal with in hastening the revival of the East African Community and giving members an opportunity and framework for realizing the interest and desires to cooperate.

Kiswahili is the language seen to act as a bond that will hold the East African states together and an easy way of how the non East African Travelers will communicate to the natives.
