DAY 02 - AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
A full day in Amboseli with game drives (2 game drives, each of approx. 3 hrs), all meals and overnight as above
Amboseli National Park provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery it is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro which, at 5,896 meters, is the highest free-standing mountain in the world and topped by one fifth of all the ice in Africa. Against this magnificent backdrop roam vast herds of elephant accompanied by a kaleidoscope of other fabulous beasts - lion, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboon, gazelle hippo and wildebeest to name but a few. There are also over 400 species of birds, all manner of reptilian, flora and fauna and some of the most soul-searing views in Africa.
DAY 03 - TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK
Continuing South, we head into famed Tsavo Territory. This is one of the largest parks in the continent, where some of the most magnificent natural views will unfold. Arrive in time for lunch followed by the early afternoon at leisure
In the late afternoon, we head to Mzima Springs, where jungle like vegetation surrounds the crystal springs that pump out millions of gallons of clear cool water ...the source of Mombasa's drinking water!. Hippo and crocs abound - enjoy viewing through a glassy observation point inside the pools, and the cool banks that are a favorite point for countless baboons and monkeys. We leave the tour vans here and in the company of trained and experienced rangers we take a walk under the acacia umbrella shaped cover. On the way back to the lodge an African sunset will possibly set the mood for a real ''Sundowner'' before dinner.
Dinner and overnight at a lodge
DAY 04 - COASTAL MOMBASA

Mombasa is a City on the Kenya Coast and an island itself. Its history dates back to 200 AD. There are two settings - the old harbor, still visited by trading dhows bringing in merchandises from the neighboring islands, and the modern Mombasa comprising commercial offices and business centers.
